How My Coaching Works

I create a safe, confidential and supportive environment in which you can reflect on what is happening in your life. Together we pinpoint the key approaches that will be most beneficial to you. Sometimes, it only needs a few carefully selected strategies to significantly improve your ability to handle pressure and stress.

 

The 7 Principles from my book The Thriving Giver {LINK}, together with my research and personal experience of recovering from burnout help provide a framework for understanding which aspects of your life need most attention.

 

I welcome the opportunity to inspire, motivate and empower you to prioritise self-care, navigate life with more ease and create a life in which you thrive.



Each session is around 50 minutes and can be done in person or via video call, to adhere to Covid-19 restrictions. I recommend a series of 4-6 sessions to ensure you maintain the momentum for change. My treasure chest of self-care strategies will help you thrive on every level – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
