Boost Resilience and Prevent Compassion Fatigue and Burnout in Your Staff
Imagine… your staff being fully energized and motivated.
Imagine… them working calmly and effectively, even when under pressure.
Imagine… reducing staff absenteeism, improving staff retention, and cutting your costs.
Whether you are a health or social care organisation, or you are in the non-profit sector, the challenge is that the increased demand for your services or staff shortages may well have resulted in overwhelmed, exhausted, or burnt-out personnel.
They may be struggling to cope with the pressure, and losing their sense of compassion.
They may even be taking time off work right now.
With the innate tendency of caring professionals and volunteers to take care of everyone else, it’s so easy for them to fall into the OVER-GIVER SYNDROME.
Concern for the well-being of clients, service users, colleagues or family makes it even more difficult for them to take time to recharge on an ongoing basis.
The Thriving Giver self-paced online course, will help all your staff develop simple, lasting practices to navigate pressure with greater ease, while also taking care of themselves. Then, they can consistently bring a calm, confident and joyful presence to their work.
Thriving Teams perform at their optimum.
Thriving Teams give from a space of replenishment and their giving is sustainable.
