Sharing my experience to help others thrive

My training sessions are informed by a unique blend of academic research, over twenty years of experience working in the healthcare sector including teaching medical students; and my own personal story of burnout and recovery. This means everything I teach will be backed by the latest science and directly relevant to your situation.

I am passionate about helping others to avoid burnout or ill-health by sharing my strategies for reducing the detrimental impacts of prolonged caregiving on the individual. As I draw on theory and personal experience, you can be assured that everything I teach is appropriate for the target audience.

My professional experience is complemented by my academic qualifications. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and holder of a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching.
